Great location the staff at front desk and bar are amazing especially the lady she's in her 50 i think blond hair long hair she's absolutely amazing, i kinds disappointed with housekeeping when ask for room to clean did not clean but the rest of it Great location absolutely great in the shopping center with many places to eat

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Check in and check out went smooth. Breakfast had alot of options. Our room was missing the TV remote and handsoap. The staff replaced the remote and offered a substition to the handsoap because they had run out after a delay in shipping. My only complaint was the horrific mattress. It was over $300 a night for the room and it was impossible to sleep. We tried sleeping multiple directions on the mattress but it was all horrible. My husband finally found a spot comfortable enough to fall asleep and I took a nap on the couch. When you stood back and looked at the mattress you could see how bad it was with a huge dip in the middle. Our son had the room next door and didn't have any of the issues we did and said that the mattress was fine in his room.
