Not a typical Hyatt
This hotel service seems to follow the ancient Chinese expression, "No asky, no getty". We had to continually ask for linens, trash removal, room service, working refrigerator. On the bright side, staff eventually comply with requests. Breakfast was fine. Even provided a microwave oven for our room as it eas not standard. I would equate it to a below average hotel chain property.
