Our week long stay started out badly. We arrived 30 minutes after the check in time to discover the management had given our unit to another group who had a one night reservation in a unit that had plumbing problems. We were given an alternate place to stay in another part of town so we had to unpack for one night in a unit that was not accessible as there was a high step to enter and it was not safe for one traveler with mobility issues. The dining table had high chairs only so we could not use it, there were no paper towels or napkins or wash cloths, there was food in the sink and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No trash bags in any trash cans. It appeared it was not ready for renters and was pressed into service because they gave our original unit away. We had to move again the next day to our original unit. The bathroom fan went on the fritz and made a terrible sound all night so we were unable to sleep. Management did come the next day and disconnected it. We did not have an extra toilet paper roll. We were given a 100 refund at the end of our stay.
