Guest access
All areas of the home and property are exclusively accessible to our guests. No spaces are shared except among those included in the booking.
A check-in code will be supplied one hour prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
The safety and security of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure your protection and comfort, we have strategically placed outdoor cameras around the property's perimeter. These cameras provide an additional layer of security during your stay. We value your privacy, and it's important to note that no indoor cameras are installed, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy the serene retreat without any intrusion.
We have taken numerous measures to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience at our property. However, in order to maintain good relations with our neighbors and continue hosting without any issues, we kindly request that you adhere to the House Manual and these following restrictions:
1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Any guest found violating this rule will result in loss of security deposit, and an additional fee, $1,000 penalty, will be charged for de-smoking the property.
2. Quiet Hours: Amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not permitted after 9 pm to maintain the peacefulness of the area and show consideration for our neighbors.
3. Guest Count: Please communicate the exact number of guests staying in the house to the host. Additional guests not previously noted will be subject to a charge of $50 per person per night after 10pm.
4. No Parties or Events: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed. Any guest found violating this rule will be immediately evicted with no refund. We have monitoring systems in place to track noise levels.
5. Pets: We are delighted to welcome pet-friendly guests, but we also want to ensure a comfortable and allergy-free environment for all our visitors. To maintain this balance, we have established the following house rule regarding pets:
Pet Disclosure: If you plan to bring a pet with you during your stay, we kindly request that you disclose this information at the time of booking or before your arrival. This helps us make necessary accommodations and ensures that we can provide a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Deep Cleaning Fee (Pet Disclosure): If you disclose the presence of a pet, we charge a deep cleaning fee, equivalent to twice the standard cleaning rate. This additional fee covers the cost of thorough cleaning to remove any potential allergens and pet-related residues. It ensures that the property is ready for the next guest who may have allergies. If you fail to disclose the presence of a pet and it becomes evident during the cleaning process or through other means, we will charge both a deep cleaning fee and a pet fee. This fee is in place to maintain transparency and uphold our commitment to providing a clean and comfortable space for all guests.
6. Fireplace: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Please do not attempt to create any fires, including smoking, as we are located in a high fire hazard area.
7. Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness is essential for our property. We kindly request that you clean up after yourselves during your stay. Please do not wear shoes inside the property. If any piece of furniture is moved, but not put back in its original place, there'll be a charge of $100.
8. Doors: Always keep all doors closed to prevent insects and animals from entering the house.
9. Trash Disposal: Please take out the trash as needed and separate it between the bins. Also, prior to your check-out we kindly ask you to properly dispose of the trash and do not leave it inside the house. Our trash collection day is on Wednesdays. If your booking includes Tuesday night, please place the bins outside, and remember to bring them back in on Wednesday.
FOOD DISPENSER NOTICE: Guests ARE NOT allowed to put food down in the sinks. Any clogging due to food particles is subject to a $500 fee or more from us having to get it fixed. Please properly throw away trash in the bins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
10. Parking Guidelines: For the safety and convenience of everyone in the neighborhood, we request that you park your vehicle on the street or utilize the provided garage and driveway space. When opting for street parking, please pay attention to any posted parking signs and regulations to prevent fines. Alternatively, the garage offers a secure and easily accessible parking option adjacent to the property. Please do not block the sidewalk.
11. Security Camera Tampering: For everyone's safety, please do not tamper with or disable cameras at the doorbell, driveway, and backyard. A $500 fine and possible eviction apply for violations. Thank you for cooperating.
12. Check-out Time: We kindly ask you to be mindful of the check-out time. Our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule and will arrive immediately after your departure to prepare the property for the next guests. Please note that a late check-out fee of $50 will be charged for each hour or part thereof beyond the scheduled check-out time.
By accepting this reservation, all guests acknowledge that they assume any risks associated with their use of our property and the entire home premises. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
