PARKING You will have access to the first-come-first-serve parking lot in front of the building during your stay.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.
We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. Although a maximum of two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please note that access to the Fairmont Hillside Waterpark is not included, but is available at the cost of $60/day/family of 4.
Quiet and cozy apartment unit and area, comfy king bed with impeccable linens also welcoming host, 10 minutes drive to the hot springs and 5 minutes drive to strip mall (groceries, restaurants, coffee shop) on the way to the hot springs, 30 minutes drive to Invermere (closest town), 40 minutes drive to Panorama ski resort and 15 minute drive to Columbia Lake Provincial Park (gravel road with tons of potholes unfortunately but beautiful landscape and 10s of kilometres of hiking trails), 10 minutes drive on paved roads to gorgeous views at the top of The Hoodoos hiking trail. February is great for evening hot springs, daily hiking and sometimes for skiing also.
This place was rated so highly for its cleanliness but we found quite the opposite. The kitchen had several filthy items; A bread board, a plate in the kitchen cupboard with some food still on it, place mats, dish cloths, dish rack, stove top, air fryer, counters, kitchen floor, BBQ, one pillow case. All require a deep, thorough cleaning.We found a fair amount of mould on the shower liner. That didnât happen overnight. It took the Host 4 days to replace it to our satisfaction. The shower wall grout is also growing mould. There was some kind of pink powder in the bathroom drawer.There were limited kitchen items and the ones there were cheap quality.There was a toilet fitting that needed replacing. It took two days before we got if fixed. The condo was advertised as having 2 Bedrooms. There is only one.With all the problems that were encountered, from dirty conditions to slow service from the host, we wonât ever rent from Aisling Baile again.
I came down to spend time with my family and needed a place that allowed dogs. This cozy spot was perfect for my dog and Iâit was quiet, had everything we needed to prepare meals, the AC worked wonderfully, and the neighbors were super friendly during our walks. While the place had everything I needed, it was spotless/tidy but had some cosmetic damage. The host was very responsive to my questions (very much appreciated!), and the entire check-in and check-out process was seamless. My dog and I felt really comfortable here and would love to return for winter activities.
This cute condo was very fresh, clean and comfortable! Its close to the hot pools, the ski hill, and has excellent walking trails from the entrance door! We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!!
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Fairmont Hot Springs is well-located in the valley, putting a number of destinations in reach - including Invermere and idyllic locales like Premier Lake.
The place is small but cozy. We were a little concerned about lack of an oven but the counter-top convection oven filled the need. The BBQ and patio were very nice and fans/AC kept things comfortable. The building is showing its age a bit but we found our hosts/property managers to be highly responsive and address any questions or concerns with no delay.
We had a positive experience and would likely stay again.
Property was as described, clean and easily accessed. Location was close to shopping and the hot springs. It is walkable distance to the hot springs if your into the exercise otherwise short 5 minute drive. Quiet location
A very nice apartment, as described, very homey and clean. Hosts were very responsive answering my questions and the check-in process was super easy! We enjoyed cooking and resting after long hikes; our two pups felt really comfortable there! Thank you!
