Welcome to Villa Virginia, a charming and stylish 2-bedroom villa designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed holiday living. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends, the villa accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a peaceful escape just 300 meters from the sandy beach of Kalamaki–Komos.

This beautifully designed single-story home combines modern comforts with a sense of discreet luxury. The bright and open-plan living space features a cozy lounge with a large sofa and flat-screen TV—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances and is complemented by a dining area perfect for shared meals.

The villa offers two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, along with a modern bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the summer months.

Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis. The villa features a private swimming pool, sun loungers for relaxing under the Cretan sun, and a BBQ area with outdoor dining space—perfect for long summer evenings with views of the surrounding landscape.

Although the villa invites you to relax and stay in, the beautiful sandy beach of Kalamaki–Komos is just a short walk away. Along the beachfront, you’ll find a variety of cafes, traditional tavernas, bars, and small shops.

The area is known for its natural beauty and tranquility. The protected beach is also a nesting ground for the Caretta Caretta sea turtles, offering a unique experience if you are lucky enough to witness hatchlings making their way to the sea.

Villa Virginia is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, on a small road used only by local residents, ensuring peace and privacy throughout your stay.

From here, you can easily explore some of Crete’s most famous destinations, including the beaches of Matala, Kokkini Paralia, Agiofaraggo, Agia Galini, Triopetra, and Agios Pavlos, as well as important archaeological sites such as Phaistos, Agia Triada, and Gortyna.

The nearby village of Kalamaki offers everything you may need during your holiday, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and rental services. For a more local experience, visit the traditional open markets in Timbaki and Moires, held every Friday and Saturday.
