Schönes Chalet mit Aussicht

Gut mit dem öV erreichbar. Perfekte Übergabe. Alles, was benötigt wird (zB in der Küche) ist vorhanden. Tolle Aussicht. Volg ist in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Gemütliche Räume und alle erforderliche Gerätschaft, ein sonniger Gartensitzplatz, die Nähe zu Sesselbahn, zu Einkaufsladen, Postautostelle und der diskrete Umgang durch die Hausverwaltung hat unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Gebäude sehr angenehm gemacht.

Erwartungen grösstenteils erfüllt

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einer schönen Lage in Falera. Das Bergpanorama und die Sicht ins Surselva-Tal war sehr schön. Leider wurde gerade nebenan ein neues Haus gebaut, der Baulärm war dementsprechend. Erst bei zwei Mal nachfragen, bekamen wir die Gästekarten ausgehändigt.

Erwartungen nur befriedigend erfüllt

Die Ferienunterkunft an sich war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Auf den Fotos bei Interhome ist leider nicht ersichtlich das direkt neben dem Haus ein Neubau zusammen mit einem Krahn die Aussicht gegen Westen versperrt und tagsüber Baustellenlärm herrscht. Ebenfalls wurden uns von Interhome keine Gästekarten ausgehändigt, welche wir täglich zur Vergünstigung von ÖV und Bergbahnen genutzt hätten. Aus diesen Gründen geben wir der Unterkunft ein Top, Interhome jedoch lediglich ein Befriedigend.

Grosses, geräumiges Haus, grosse Zimmer, Umschwung. Ruhig gelegen mit schönem Ausblick. In der Küche alles nötige vorhanden. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder, danke!

Ruhig gelegenes Chalet

Das heimelige Chalet ist sehr ruhig. Zu fünft haben wir eine Woche Skiurlaub in Falera verbracht. Vom Chalet zum Skilift sind es eta 800m. Zu Fuss in Skiausrüstung war dies anstrengend.

Casa Chistiala Dadens

Haus und Lage gut. Möbel zum Teil sehr alt. Sofa unbequem. Ausstattung von Geschirr und Besteck müsste überarbeitet werden betreffend "Alter"; Trinkgläser hat es relativ wenig; ideal für eine grössere Familie wäre ein Kühlschrank in der Garage und beim bestehenden jetzigen Kühlschrank eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Herrliche Aussicht auf Berge und Tal, Sessellift und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss gut errreichtbar (praktischer Handkarren vorhanden um Getränkepackungen/Einkauf bequem zu erledigen).
