This is a very special place - where God's peace and presence surround it. The perfect get away to slow down, relax, and unwind. The scenic views are like medicine for the soul. The Lord's first church was the land, after all! This peaceful retreat like setting is very secluded and private. It is located on a private 10 acre farm with Avocado trees, Oranges, and Persimmons with a gate that connects directly to a trail head that leads to the river.

The Space
* Stay in a cozy travel trailer with a huge 20’ by 20’ deck that overlooks the Santa Margarita river! The deck is already set up comfortable chairs, plenty of shade, a BBQ and propane fire pit. Perfect for soaking in the views! Gazing up at the stars from this space is surreal! The vastness of the sky is breathtaking - day or night. There are also views of vineyards and a 1,300 acre nature preserve with everything that the nearby foothills have to offer. We would also be happy to take you and your guests on a tour of my parent's nearby Vineyard/Winery and through our dragon fruit and avocado grove if we are available! We are local to the area, living only a few properties away. Please contact us for more information during your stay.

*This travel trailer has been recently remodeled with new floors, shower curtain, toilet exhaust fan, lights, t.v, dvd player and Wi-Fi. There has also been an upgrade to the solar power and batteries. The trailer sits up against a huge deck that is 20’ by 20’ and has the most amazing views you can imagine. You can truly relax on the deck and completely unwind while you listen to the river nearby. Come and be dazzled by the spectacular panoramic view of the nearby nature preserve. The endless views of the mountains, river, and vineyards are phenomenal!

* The incredible trails that run off of the property take you into the nature preserve where you can find a large ecosystem full of critters, plants, and everything the elements have to offer.

* The scenic drive you will make upon arrival meanders along a mountainous road and carries on through an abundance of whimsical tree tunnels. This driving experience alone is priceless and worth the booking!

* This property is walking distance to the local wineries, vineyards, and hiking trails. Also close to many wedding venues, casinos, hot air balloon rides and more!

** Please Note:
This campsite includes water and sewer connections, but it operates solely off of a generator that has limited run time. The typical available duration of use is from the hours of 10:00am - 6:00pm in regards to using trailer's A/C unit. The rest of the time - the fridge, water pump, microwave and lights will operate off of batteries or a smaller generator. Be sure to contact us during your stay if you need any assistance with any of these.

Perfect Peaceful Getaway with Beautiful Views

Hosts were attentive and accessible and checked in on us during our stay. The views are amazing and it was a perfect getaway with our 2 dogs to be able to relax in a peaceful environment. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful views!!!

Just wow for views, weather, and scenery!!First time in the fallbrook area it is so beautiful with location of the camper in the avocado orchard!!! Best part no close neighbors at all. Lots of privacy and quiet nights!! We loved the deck and outdoor fire place. Lots of good wineries nearby. Cant wait to come back to fallbrook again!!

I was ripped off big time by the host and Vrbo !!! Your Safety is not a concern for the company or the host. Don’t take your dog for a walk on the property, if black widows and baby rattlesnakes are your thing then you’re in the right place !!!

Thanksgiving vacation

If you found this property because it was more affordable then other options in the surrounding area, then that puts us in the same boat. Don’t let the price be any cause for concern. The views from the deck are on par with some of the best views I’ve experienced in my life. If anything, this listing should sport a higher price point. This property is well equipped with all of the necessities to make your stay comfortable and more than enjoyable. Take it from me, my wife and I stayed here for over a week with our two daughters (ages 7 and 3 years old.) The host of this VRBO is more than accommodating and is a great example of good people. I already have multiple family members who are looking forward to staying here in the near future. If beautiful views, convenient location, and relaxation are what you are seeking. Then look no further, because that is exactly what you’ve found with this property. 10/10 recommend booking a stay here. I know that I will again!

Awesome refuge stay

This is a special place. A refuge from the stress-filled madness of the surrounding SoCal sprawl of congestion and fast lane freeways. For me, this Vrbo property was a needed respite and a calming environment. Although the cozy-size accommodation is modest, other reviews and images do not adequately emphasize the staggering beauty of the adjacent Santa Margarita valley. My week-long stay was completely enjoyable, no problems. The hosts were outstanding. Highly recommend.

A Great Experience!

Our VRBO rental experience with Donovan was wonderful! We loved the privacy on the farm, and the property was wonderful. The camper was big enough for my daughter's pack n play to fit in the middle with space with room to move around it. The patio was by far the biggest hit! My husband and I would spend our evenings on the patio when we put the kids to. It was almost a bit chilly, so perfect snuggle weather! Overall we had a great experience!

Amazing property

This place is so serene and quiet. Views are amazing and the host is nearby and easy to get ahold of. Can’t wait to go back. We were in town for a MTB bike race. But, this would be a great vacation spot.

Can't beat the location

This place is truly enchanting and impossible to do justice by the photos. If you are looking for a very rustic feel, but still want to be able to reach a store in 15 min, you'll be set. Completely stunning views. Donovan made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect escape.

Fun RV

I came here with my dogs to escape the Fourth of July fireworks expecting to rough it. I was pleasantly surprised at all of the amenities that this location had to offer. My pups and I were very comfortable as we had all of the comforts of home. I recommend coordinating your arrival with Donavan because initially it was hard to find with just the GPS but once Donovan showed me the way through, it was easy to find.

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. We did have to go through some bumpy, steep terrain in our minivan to get there but we made it. The gps didn’t get us to the correct location but Donovan came right away to get us. He also was very responsive with any needs we had. The views from the location were amazing. It was awesome to be away from the hustle and bustle and hear wildlife and the flowing river below.

Pictures do not do this place justice. A little tricky to find but this property is beautiful. So quiet and serene. Wish we were on vacation and could have hiked and enjoyed the property more but, we were in town for a bike race. Definitely a place for rest and relaxation!

A gem!

What a lovely property, backing up to preserved land and a flowing river. The pictures do not do this place justice. A little tricky to find but the host was very helpful and led us to the property located basically IN a vineyard. Fresh fruit for picking and very thoughtful hosts. We had a great time with our pups and will definitely be back again.

Rustic getaway

This RV has all of the essentials, so if you have camped, appreciate being mostly outdoors, but would prefer some heat/air and facilities when you return, this is the spot. Our first night happened to be very gusty / windy, so be prepared for experiencing some of the elements and snuggling in at night! Wifi and TV service work well. You will have the area to yourselves. Donovan was very accommodating and checked in / came by each day to make sure we had what we needed.
