Parking was dumb. Dopr openings vs where rooms are. Fire alarms.wemt off at 5am. No real communication from staff on wjat was going. Had housekeeping lnocking on dopr tryimg to get us out the room when there was still a little over an hour left before checkout

This was such a beautiful well cared for hotel. Staff delivered outstanding professionalism, kindness, very friendly. The atmosphere was so relaxing, food and service. Rooms were nice and clean. Lobby was clean as well. However, the smell of cannabis filled up our room at night and when we called front desk they sent someone who couldn’t not understand or speak English at all. We had a baby with us and that was an inconvenience. The rooms also don’t have microwaves and we had to go downstairs to the lobby anytime we needed to heat up our food or food for the bay. Otherwise, our stay was good overall.

Check-in guy was terrible. Property advertises both laundry and pool but there was none. Parking is $15 a day and is inconvenient. Plenty of other options in the area, I would pass on this one.
