This classic Cape-style home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms across two floors, with additional living and sleeping space in the finished basement. The layout is ideal for families and friend groups—plenty of room to come together, but also space to spread out and recharge.

-Primary Bedroom (Downstairs) – Queen bed with patio access (sleeps 2)

-Second Bedroom (Upstairs) – Queen + Twin bed (sleeps 3)

-Third Bedroom (`Bunk House`) – Three Twin beds + one Full bed (sleeps 3–4)

-Finished Basement – Queen sleeper sofa + Full sleeper sofa (sleeps 2–3) [these are old school pull out sofa beds]

All bedrooms have window A/C units for summer comfort. The basement stays naturally cool and has a second Smart TV and laundry.

Mobility:

There are stairs inside the home and down to the basement. Bedrooms are split between floors, with one on the main level. Basement may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.

Children:

The home is not baby- or toddler-proofed. Stairs, a stove, and other hazards may be present. A Pack n’ Play may be available on request.

You access the home on your own via the door code provided. ProHost will proactively reach out from time to time but you are left in peach to enjoy your stay. You may reach out to ProHost on the app anytime and they will be happy to help you (they are local experts!).
