Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Canneto 10 km from the centre of Passo Corese, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha (fenced), garden 1 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Narrow motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Shop 1 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Fara Sabina FL1 - to Roma" 10 km. Beautiful view and expansive outdoor spaces. The pool wasn't heated but refreshing after a long day touring. We were disappointed that the Internet wasn't working. Each unit has a nice sitting area. The units cooled nicely. The kitchen worked well.

A beautiful spot “in the middle of nowhere”. A superb ambiance. Well equipped and with an astonishing view. Everything is up to date and well taken care of. Swimming pool and outside kitchen and terraces in perfect condition. You do need a car to get there and to get back as the place is a must for those who insist on privacy and absolute tranquility!

A beautiful spot with maximum privacy and complete silence, day and night. Well equipped and everything is taken care off. One must is that you do need your own transport on site for shopping and going out. Walking is not an option. Having said that, it’s paradise!

Tolles Ambiente, ruhige Lage, toller Pool

Sehr großes Grundstück liebevoll gestaltet mit mehren Terassen. Der Pool war 1a und sauber, mit Außendusche und Toilette ( tolle Idee). Super Aussicht auf die Sabiner Berge, nicht weit von Rom ( 1h Zugfahrt ist relaxt und sehr günstig in Italien). Wer wirklich abspannen und relaxen will findet hier das richtige Domizil. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wenn man möchte kann man hier Olivenöl zum günstigen Preis erwerben. Alles im Allen sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön

Die Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Privates Anwesen umzaunt mit viel grün und Olivenbäumen. 4 Zimmer in 2 Wohnungen aufgeteilt. Großer Pool und Barbecue haben unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche erlebt. Besten Dank für die Hauspfleger und seine Familie, sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Kleines Stück Paradies

Diese Unterkunft war bislang die beste, die wir hatten. Einfach ein Traum. Riesiges gepflegtes , liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit 2 Häusern , toll ausgestattet und Pool. Wer ein wenig abgeschieden wohnen möchten, nur zu. Rom ist gut mit Zug erreichbar.
