No rooms ready when we came to check in. Usually have to wait at least a couple hours for someone to clean a room. Staff are unfriendly and blame others for their incompetence. Apparently they have trouble keeping staff so something isn't right.

Our room smelled like dog, we turned the air down because that helped . They were over booked . The gal checking in at same time was sent to another hotel. Food still on counter And the desk chair was so dirty and stained I wouldn’t even sit on it, there was suppose to been a hospitality hour didn’t happened anten to end it the breakfast was awful I wouldn’t even that crap they had out there!!!!!!

I am very sorry to hear the room smelled like a dog and that there were cleanliness issues with the room. I will pass your comments on to our team so we can work to ensure this does not happen again. Our social hour is only Monday through Wednesday from 5:30p to 7p and I am sorry if you were unable to join us for it. It is disappointing to hear you were unhappy with the complimentary breakfast. You do have your choice of hotels while in Fargo and I wish you the best in your future travels.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast. Very clean, the bed a little harder than I am use to but overall enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again the next time I am in town.
