Coppers Barn is an immaculately presented Cotswold holiday home near Faringdon which sleeps 12 guests in six individually designed bedrooms, all with spacious ensuite bathrooms. Coppers Barn has a wealth of character features including high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and a cosy Jetmaster open fire in the spacious living area. The property has been styled by a renowned interior designer, finished to a high standard and lovingly furnished in a contemporary, warm style, with modern facilities provided throughout. The rooms flow seamlessly into one another on the ground floor, with plenty of comfortable seating, a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous dining area. To the rear of the barn is a picturesque terrace and landscaped garden, home to a private hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating and a gas barbecue, perfect for sunny summer days whilst enjoying some al fresco dining. Coppers Barn is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well behaved dogs!

This six bedroom Cotswold holiday home in Little Coxwell is perfectly suited to those looking to get together with family, friends or colleagues, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground Floor

Kitchen/dining room/sitting room
An exquisite open-plan living space designed with socialising in mind. Character features include full height windows which flood the space with natural light and high vaulted ceilings with exposed timber beams. Amenities include 2 x Bosch double electric ovens, Inset 5 burner gas hob with wok burner, microwave, 2 x dishwashers, large drinks fridge, ‘Quooker’ Boiling water tap, Nespresso coffee machine with an initial supply of pods, toaster and a kettle. Within the pantry there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, US style fridge-freezer with ice maker and chilled filtered water dispenser, shelving for food storage, larder cupboard and a sink. At the centre of the room there is a long refectory style table that comfortably seats 12. There are USB ports and plug sockets provided under the dining table, ideal for home working and corporate stays. Located at the other end of the room is the main living area with three four-seater sofas, Jetmaster open fire, Smart TV, Sonos sound bar, selection of books and board games. Three sets of French doors open onto the tranquil terrace and landscape garden beyond.

Three sets of French doors lead out onto the main terrace, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor living environment during the summer months. Professionally landscaped, this fantastic outside space boasts manicured lawn areas, beautiful countryside views, ample outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue (March-October), a private cedar clad electric hot tub that seats 4-6 adults *** The Hot Tub is charged at ÂŁ150 and is added to the booking at the point of payment***


The Finer Details...
The barn is located in a tranquil, rural area with permanent neighbours, a working farmyard and an adjacent holiday let barn in close proximity. We politely request that guests be considerate to these neighbours. With this in mind, the barns are not suitable for loud parties and some house rules have been set up as guidance.

House Rules...
Hot Tub is unavailable for use before 9:30am or after 9.30pm. Towels are not provided for the hot tub, please bring these with you
Please do not gather outside after 10pm and if dining on the terrace please move inside and shut the doors
Ensure that music is not audible outside the property after 10.30pm. To stay on top of this without being intrusive a nosie monitoring system is installed inside the barn and a motion detection system is active on the hot tub after 9.30pm.
These systems raise alerts, initially to the Lead Booker and then to a Responder. If a Responder attends the property a charge will be levied, and guests may be asked to leave.
Fireworks, sky lanterns or drones are a danger to the farm and strictly forbidden
Access to the adjacent working farm is not permitted except on public paths
Day guests (or any guests not stated on the booking form) are not permitted

Gas BBQ - available between March and October (guests are responsible for cleaning the BBQ after use)
Cedar clad electric hot tub that seats 4-6 adults is available on request for an additional ÂŁ150 per booking. This is available all year round which will be freshly cleaned, re-filled and steaming hot on your arrival. Plastic glasses are provided for using around the hot tub, you will need to bring your own towels. The hot tub should be covered when not in use and cannot be opened in windy weather. Children should be supervised at all times
Gas fired central heating system with underfloor heating in the open plan living space and in the bathrooms
Starter supply of wood provided for the Jetmaster open fire when you arrive and further firewood is available to purchase at ÂŁ15 per basket at the booking stage or directly from the owner at the property
Fire curtains must be drawn at all times when the fire is lit
The entrance to Embers Barn has manually closing gates, therefore young children and pets should be supervised at all times
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
The Nespresso machine takes Virtuo capsules, an initial supply (one per person) will be provided but guests may wish to order Nespresso in advance
