Hotel was brand new and felt really clean and fresh,my room was amazing spacious clean,the check in/out desk team were all super friendly and made me feel welcome,the hotel was convenient as was right next to bus terminals and amazing TEG mall.

This is hotel is awesome if you need catch a long distance bus from Tirana. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, and the good variety for the included breakfast. There’s a mall next door, so plenty of dining options in the food court. I would stay here again.

Super comfy bed (also massive), spotlessly clean room and bathroom and fresh delicious buffet breakfast. I had chosen the hotel as I had an early bus journey from the station downstairs, so conveniently located for my purpose too.

Stayed here twice, came back as it’s right next to the bus station and simply had the nicest staff of anywhere I’ve stayed who go above and beyond especially with regard to arranging locked price taxi to downtown Tirana. Highly recommend staying here And thanks again to the lovely staff

Great location, we arrived after a long bus journey from Podgorica. Right next to the bus terminal and shopping mall with a food hall. The hotel staff are very friendly, the room was large and the bed comfortable, sadly there wasn’t enough hot water in the evening for anything above a warm shower. Breakfast was included in the rate, but should have had more healthy options. The room felt air less during the night, we should have checked, as the window did open.

Very nice new hotel with friendly staff. Nicely decorated and extremely tidy room. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for us, since we needed to catch the long distance bus from the terminal downstairs on the morning. Shopping center 100 meters away. Also easy to reach the city center by city bus.

The hotel was new and located above the bus terminal which was perfect as we had an early morning bus trip scheduled. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean and lovely with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed with a large shower area. We left before breakfast but were given a breakfast to go. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. Great hotel for the traveler!

This hotel is above the bus station which made it the choice for us. It is also attached to a brand new huge shopping mall that happened to be having its grand opening. That made getting into the area extremely tricky with all the traffic congestion. The room was clean, huge king bed, nice bathroom, and linens. Free water in mini fridge a nice amenity as well a laundry service we needed. Everyone was very nice and helpful but you could tell overworked and short staffed. We got a little warm in the room because our ac unit was connected to facility and we could not change. Left windows open but then awakened at 4:30 am from bus station noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The convenient location and updated facility made for a nice stay
