The house was very clean and neatly organized. The fridge was stocked with sparkling water and bottled water, and there were plenty of blankets and towels available. Communication with the host was excellent, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.One note for future guests: about 20 hours after booking, I realized we would need a larger space and tried to make a change, but the cancellation was not allowed. This was several weeks in advance, which caught me a bit off guard, so I would recommend being very certain this is the right place for your needs before booking. We would have appreciated a bit more space, including a table to play cards at.That said, for what the property was and what was advertised, it was a lovely stay and exactly as described.

Nice clean properties make for a good stay, but quality hosts are the gamechanger. This property is fantastic. It is clean, well cared for, and is well represented by the listing. It is also well situated and close to so many things in Fayetteville. That on its own would make the stay great. What makes staying here exceptional is the host. This host communicates very well and actually cares about those who are staying at the property. I am personally very grateful for this host. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect place!

The property is so cute! It's clean, convenient and perfect for a stay when visiting campus. It’s quiet yet close to everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Just wish I would have booked it sooner for family weekend in October!

One of the cleanest properties I have stayed at! Hosts were super welcoming and check in/out was a breeze. Easy commute to UArk sports complexes and campus. Walkable to Baum Stadium. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
