There were some issues with this rental. The only way to enter and exit the property was through the garage. There was no code on the front door so you couldnât lock or unlock the front door. Iâve never stayed in a rental where you had to only use the garage. Secondly, the garage door didnât always respond to the code. We often were stuck on the driveway calling and texting the property manager to gain access to the house. Third, the washing machine malfunctioned and locked our clothes inside. We reached out to the property manager at 9am, but it wasnât fixed until 12:00. We could not access the clothes we needed for our event causing us to be late and forcing my daughter to go to the event without a bra. Next, we found the lock on the sliding door from the bedroom to the hot tub was broken and a piece of wood was being used to secure it. The property manager came over to temporarily fix it, and said she wasnât sure why the owners hadnât fixed it yet. Finally, we found no book with directions about how to work appliances or other helpful hints for the home. Every rental I have ever stayed at either has QR codes or a physical book or extensive email explaining how to work things. We never did find the remote for the outside TV or know how to adjust the hot tub settings. It felt like we were guinea pigs at this rental and they hadn't completed prepping it for guests yet. Very disappointing.
Great location. I was easily able to run to the running trail. Walked to numerous awesome restaurants. The house is spacious and well equipped. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace.
We really enjoyed our stay even though I was on a knee scooter and couldnât enjoy the upstairs my daughterâs family definitely enjoyed it. The home was clean and centrally located. Nice porch for morning coffee on the swing. The host was very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and perfect for our extended family! We had plenty of room and there were things for the kids to do! They loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting outside watching football while the kids swam! It was a wonderful stay!
This amazing house is both tucked quietly away but also minutes from everything in Fayateville. Itâs a quite beautiful and well maintained home. Will absolutely rent again!
Gorgeous, cozy and modern home minutes from university, shopping and restaurants.
This home is absolutely beautiful and very clean! The beds and linens are comfortable, plenty of towels, and a well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook. We will definitely stay at this property again. (We are a family of four with two daughters, 16 and 12. They loved having their own rooms and bathrooms.)
Three moms and their daughters stayed in this beautifully modern home for a long weekend. The main level split floor plan has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the North and South sides of the house; the upstairs bedroom has a small kitchenette, bathroom, and sitting room perfectly fitting our group. We hosted and prepared a small dinner on Friday night and had everything we needed including adequate space and seating. On other nights, we went just a few blocks to The Market Square where there are many restaurants to choose from; Cheers is our favorite. We enjoyed sitting outside on the swing with our daughters, driving up to Mt. Sequoyah, and shopping at nearby boutiques and The Brick City Mall. I wish we would have been able to use the small pool, but the weather was a little too cold and it isn't heated. We can't say enough about this amazing home...and we all said we want to design our next home just like this one--it is that cool!
