Had a great stay! Apartment is just like the pictures. It is clean and the beds are super comfortable!! Kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. Great location! We will definitely be back on our next visit to see our Razorback!!

Great location! Easy walk to UArk campus and Dicksen street. Condo is very clean and owners are very responsive to messages. Great size master bedroom and guest room. Soaking tub a bonus! Plenty of towels and very comfy beds. Enjoyed our stay and will most definitely book again.

The location and layout is perfect. There was trouble with the fire alarm making a whining sound in one of the bedrooms. I texted with the owners. They did send someone out, but it was late. There were quick to reply anytime I texted. Overall it was a great place

Lovely property

Stayed here with my husband and daughter when in Fayetteville for Freshman orientation. Check in wasn’t until 4:00 on the first day and we received the lock codes etc exactly at 4:00 as they said we would. Property was clean and very nicely appointed. Good location close to campus , but there is construction happening at building next door so some nearby roads are closed. Overall great experience and we would stay there again,

Everything was fantastic! Perfect location for graduation. All the amenities you would want in a weekend stay. One issue… the freezer was leaking into the refrigerator and we didn’t know how to fix it so there was constant puddles of water in the refrigerator. Overall, great day!
