Upon entering our home, you will see the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space with inviting modern decor. This space features plush seating, a large Smart TV, dining table for 6, and a large kitchen island with bar seating. In the kitchen, you will find all the amenities needed to create a meal, baked goods, or just a great cup of coffee.



When it's time to settle in for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms upstairs:

(1) King suite with King-size bed, closet, dresser, and full attached bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom features a Queen size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom features a Queen size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
