Summary:

The Wheel Inn--a centrally located 1,600 sq ft home close to all your Fayetteville favorites! 5 min drive to the University of Arkansas, 5 min drive to downtown Fayetteville, and a 5 min bike ride to the Razorback Greenway.



Within the home you will find 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs, three outdoor hangout spaces, and an attached garage perfect for safely keeping your car and bikes.



Pet policy: 2 dog limit, no cats allowed.



The Space:

Front Yard: Patio with seating and a swing perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxing. Also included is a faucet with a hose and spray nozzle for washing off bikes.



Living room: Ample seating around the Flatscreen Smart TV in the living area and wood fireplace.

Fabulous stay!

My husband, dog & I stayed for 5 days to visit friends in Fayetteville. The house exceeded expectations in every single way. I would stay here in a heartbeat any time I'm in town!

Very nice little house, pretty close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. Owner/property manager very responsive and helpful, would recommend for sure.

Perfect Backyard

From sitting on the front porch to sitting on the back deck listening to birds we enjoyed Wheel Inn. The house provided enough privacy for the primary to feel comfortable and the other 2 bedrooms was their own suite. There was plenty of room to enjoy meals and stretch out after a long day of sightseeing. The yard was well kept and the privacy backyard and deck was very nice. We found several restaurants close by that had great food and a grocery store close. Overall we give it a 5 star rating.
