Fraudulent charges!

Management is horrible. When I checked into my room, it was paid for in full but the hotel not only charged me $75.00 for incidentals which was no problem but to fraudulently charge my card 328.00 without my knowledge is ridiculous. I called the hotel to ask them to release my money after several days of them lying saying that it was released. I spoke with a Supervisor and she released my money right away then 20 minutes later recharged my debit card again. This is unacceptable and I’m a member!

Great stay!

It was a great stay! Everyone was nice and the room was great. The only thing I will point out was the morning of checkout. Online, when booking on Hotels.com, I was given the option to purchase breakfast. I did so, but the front desk had no record of it. So, it would be good if your system communicates with the hotel property's system to streamline the proof of purchase for breakfast. My wife and I really enjoyed the accommodations!
