Villa Olive - house with private pool 300 m from the beach

The 4* Villa Olive is new house with private pool situated in Valbandon, a small place near Pula and Fažana. The house is just 5-10 min walk to the beautiful beach with lots of activities for the kids. The house is ideal for the families with children of a group of friends who want to spend their holidays together, but to keep their privacy (but not suitable for parties).
The living room is connected with kitchen and dining table with 6 chairs. The living room is also equipped with flat TV and sofa bed which can be used as sleeping bed for one person.
The kitchen is equipped with dish washer, oven, fridge, dishes, all cutlery and eating utensils.
There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. All bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor and contain queen size beds for 2 persons. All bedrooms contain wardrobe closet and night stands (linen and pillows are included).
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. Extra toilet is on the first floor. The bathrooms contain shower tub, hair drier, soap, shampoo, and towels. Ground floor bathroom contains clothes washer.
The whole apartment is covered by private WIFI signal which can be used free of charge.
The GAME ROOM is equipped with new Playstation 4, PS Virtual Reality equipment, 55-inch 4K resolution Sony TV and lot of PS4 games such as: Red Dead Redemption 2, Fifa 19, Grand Tourismo, Spiderman etc.We live close by (another apartment in the building) so we can be on hand and help you with anything you need during your stay. We will welcome you when you arrive and provide you with all requested information about apartment as well as about Valbandon, Pula, Fažana and Brijuni.
Check-in is available after 14.00 and please be sure to contact us at least 2 hours before your arrival so we can wait for you and let you in.
Check-out is by 10.00 on the day of departure.
We recommend you to visit the National Park Brijuni one of the most beautiful nature resorts in Croatia. Brijuni can be reached by the boat and sea port is only 2,7 km from the apartment. The Brijuni or the Brijuni Islands are a group of fourteen small islands in the Croatian part of the northern Adriatic Sea, separated from the west coast of the Istrian peninsula by the narrow Fažana Strait. Except for their beautiful nature, Brijuni are famous for a Safari Park - home to a variety of exotic animals such as nilgai, zebu, Asian elephant etc. There are also several archaeological and cultural sites on the island.
Town of Pula is situated only 7.2 km from the apartment. Pula is the largest city in Istria County of Croatia and the eighth largest city in the country. It is known for its multitude of ancient Roman buildings, the most famous of which is the Pula Arena, one of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters, and its beautiful sea. The city has a long tradition of wine making, fishing, shipbuilding, and tourism.

The seaside walking path from Valbandon to Fažana (several kilometres) is most beautiful during the sunset.
