Welcome to this beautiful villa located in Son Mesquida. It sleeps up to 10 people.
The beautifull exteriors offer a large garden with fruit trees, a fenced chlorine pool with dimensions of 12 x 7 m and the depth ranging from 0.8 to 2.8 m, six sunbeds, two fully equipped porches and a barbecue.

This rustic house with 340 m2 is distributed over two floors and has 5 bedrooms. The only bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a single bed and a wardrobe. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor; three of them with one double bed each. The fourth room on the upper floor comes with one double bed and one bunk bed. Besides, one double bedroom offers a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. Two more bathrooms are available, one on each floor. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and the bath on the first storey has a bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

There are two lounges; one equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV and piano, and one living-dining room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen with the gas stove and in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment counts with oil central heating.

Son Mesquida is located 3 km from Felanitx, with all kinds of services. In Felanitx Sunday is a market day. You can find there different local producs and crafts, fruits, vegetables, textiles, etc. On Saturdays there is a market in Santanyi. Do not miss the visit of Castell de Santueri and Castell de Sant Salvador. For golf lovers, just 11 km away, there is "Golf Vall d'Or". In a few km you will find also beautiful coves, such as Cala d'Or, Cala Mondragó, Portopetro, Cala Figuera, Cala Murada and many other.

A beautiful villa in quiet countryside yet only a few minutes drive to town with supermarkets, shops and restaurants etc. The outside space is amazing with a shady pergola to sit and watch the children playing in the pool. The bbq and grill area is lovely too and we spent many lovely evenings cooking and eating out there. The garden has lots of fruits and vegetables for you to pick and eat and the villa has its own natural spring so all the water is fresh and clean, no need to buy bottled! We loved our stay here and know anyone else would too!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca. Der Pool ist schön groß und sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man hat genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir waren mit kleinen Kinder da, deswegen ist es klasse, dass der Pool umzäunt ist. Der Gastgeber ist öfter vorbei gekommen, hat sich um den Pool und die Pflanzen gekümmert und stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen! Die Katze vor Ort war das Highlight unserer Kids, also auch hierfür nur Pluspunkte ?? Sehr schönes Anwesen und mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Wir würden wieder kommen!! ?

Una estancia muy agradable en una casa increíble. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones estupendas. El anfitrión muy detallista y muy atento con sus huéspedes. El único inconveniente es la distancia en función de lo que quieras hacer porque está un poco alejada, pero se disfruta de una relajación y desconexión única.

Like · Das Haus und der Pool sind super, um sich zu entspannen. Super Unterkunft, in sehr ruhiger Lage (umgeben von Feldern); Dislike · Der Eigentümer kommt jeden Tag vorbei, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Zudem hängt eine Überwachungscam im Wohnzimmer und eine draußen - das führt definitiv zu Einschränkungen in der Privatsphäre

Freundlich, Sauber, Top-Ausgestattet

Wir, 4 Familien mit 4 Kindern 2-7 Jahre, haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Finca verbracht. Die Besitzer sind sehr Freundlich und haben sich gut um uns gekümmert. Auf anderen Portalen wird in der Bewertung davon geschrieben, dass der Besitzer jeden Tag vorbei kommt. Uns hat dies persönlich nicht gestört, da schließlich jemand täglich den Pool kontrollieren muss. Der Besitzer kam zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten sagte Ola, kontrollierte den Pool, bewässerte den eigens für die Finca angelegten Gemüsegarten und verabschiedete sich wieder. Aufenthalt max. 10min. Wie bereits erwähnt waren wir von der Finca, dem Pool und der Gastfreundlichkeit sehr angetan. Wir haben zweimal typisch Mallorquinisches Essen von den Besitzern erhalten und Mama zeigte uns wie die berühmte Coca zubereitet wird. Wir kommen wieder.
