Stunning property on top of a hill where you can enjoy panoramic views over 180º south of the island, the Puig Sant Salvador and the Sanctuary with unique views from that spot of Mallorca island.

The superb two-storey house modern and functional, with large and bright spaces from any part of the house. Furnished with impecable touch and quality.

The main floor is distributed in really wide areas, where the living room also dinner area and kitchen its front to the large sliding windows which in turn all have direct access to the large porch off the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by lawn.The ground floor offers one bedroom with double bed with en-suite large cabin-shower, and two bedrooms both with twin beds and one with own en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet.

Through the effortless staircase goes to the upper level where we find the bright and spacious master suite with huge dresser, large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Both the bedroom and bathroom with large glass windows-arched, so enjoys breathtaking panoramic views.

Outside the house with its spacious terraces and large infinity swimming pool of 4 x 20 mtrs , garden furniture, sunbeds... is the ideal place to enjoy the relax and total privacy with the wonderful surroundings panoramic views.Portable Barbecue that will enjoy you a great Mediterranean summer evenings 'al fresco'.
