VILLA GATONA is a modern and spacious luxury villa with airy and light decor and air-conditioning in all rooms.
This villa is for you if you wish to be within easy reach of beaches, golf, tennis and restaurants. Nestling amidst a 15.000 sqm almond and olive grove, just outside Cala d'Or. Ideal for 2-3 families and available all year.

Ground floor: Spacious living/dining room ( 43 sqm ) with a 3m. wooden dining table, Flatscreen Sat-TV, DVD player, CD music sound system and playstation 2. Three cushioned sofas by the fireplace and French doors opening to the poolside terraces. An open oak fitted Country kitchen with every conceivable extras including dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and gas hob. Wide doors opening to the dining terrace with BBQ, music and wifi. Bathroom and larder.
BEDROOM ONE and TWO: Two attractive twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom and french doors opening to the terrace.

Upstairs: From the inner hallway stairs lead up to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
THREE : Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and bathroom ensuite.

Ein traumhaft schöne und saubere Villa und so liebevoll eingerichtet

Wir waren zu 11 Leute eine Woche in der Villa. 6 Erwachsene und fĂŒnf Kinder zwischen 2-12Jahren. Die Villa ist super sauber, gut in schuss und hat eine fantastische Ausstattung. Sie ist auch so liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt zu Hause fĂŒhlt. Die Außenanlage ist super gepflegt. Der Pool ist so schön und hat eine tolle GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Der Service und die Kommunikation war super und total liebevoll. Sobald wir doch noch etwas benötigt haben, wurde es sofort erledigt. Lone hat uns auch tolle Tipps fĂŒr Reisemöglichkeiten gegeben. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und können es nur jedem Empfehlen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles! Katharina und Familie

Great villa, location and owner !

We had 12 people in the villa for a week (10 adults & 2 children) it was perfect for our needs. The villa worked for us, both inside and outside space, it was easy to reach Cala D'or (5 minutes by car) but also the surrounding areas with a trip back to Palma in one hour. It is worth having a car as taxis are slightly complicated as a villa pickup location (it is easy to get back there from CalaD'or.) ROIG provides a great car hire & transfer service at reasonable rates when needed. Final positive comment relates directly to the owner who was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you for making things so easy.

A Wonderful House

Vi var 13 personer som bodde i huset, i Äldrarna 1-73 Är. Det fungerade utmÀrkt. Ett rymligt hus med gott om plats, stort vÀlutrustat kök och mÄnga sittplatser bÄde inomhus och utomhus. FrÀscha sÀngklÀder och badrum. En fantastik pool och pool omrÄde. Kontakten med Lone var fantastiskt bra. Hon var alltid tillgÀnglig vid frÄgor. Hit Äker vi gÀrna igen!

Toller Urlaub im Traumhaus!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch! Wir hatten das Haus fĂŒr 11 Tage gebucht und wurden von Anfang bis Ende positiv ĂŒberrascht. Die Sauberkeit und die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung des Hauses haben uns sofort begeistert. Es blieben wirklich keine WĂŒnsche offen, und die durchdachte FunktionalitĂ€t des Hauses trug wesentlich zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei. Der Höhepunkt war definitiv der Traumgarten mit dem großzĂŒgigen Pool. Die Außenanlage war gepflegt und einladend, und wir haben jede Minute in dieser entspannten Umgebung genossen. Die Vermieterin war Ă€ußerst nett und hilfreich. Bei unserer Ankunft gab sie uns wertvolle Tipps, die unseren Urlaub noch besser machten. Sie kĂŒmmerte sich außerdem aufmerksam um alles, was wir benötigten. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch dem Team, das sich um den Garten und den Pool kĂŒmmerte. Sie waren sehr nett und immer darauf bedacht, uns nicht zu stören. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt! Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und diese wundervolle Erfahrung zu wiederholen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Excellent, spacious Villa

There were 11 in our party across four generations, the Villa had enough space & facilities to accommodate all of us easily. It was clean, with plenty of out door space, with shade in many places throughout the day. Although the Villa is not far from Cala d’Or we’d suggest you hire a car. The host was nothing but helpful before & during our stay.

Wonderful Month at Villa Gatona

This house is beautiful and a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and sunny and spacious, the living room has a cozy fireplace which is a must in February. The property owner was so helpful and addressed all of our needs. Would definitely recommend this house to a group for an excellent experience in Mallorca.

Beautiful Villa - Relaxing Holiday

This is a lovely villa in a quiet rural location, but a short walk/drive from the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Everyone loved the spacious villa which had everything we needed. Pool was great and much used, especially by the kids. The host Lone was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay, very helpful and prompt with her replies. Not a negative, but as noted by others, and advised by Lone herself, a car is highly recommended both for shopping and recycling trips. The town is a close walk but the road is not the best for pedestrians. All in all, highly recommended. My family and our friends would happily stay again.

The check in/out process and communication with the host was excellent. The host messaged on the day of arrival to let us know the house was ready earlier than expected and then personally greeted us upon our arrival. The welcome basket was perfect! The house is very spacious, clean, equipped with all kitchen essentials (and beyond). The pool was a refreshing retreat from the unseasonably warm weather. Two binders are provided with detailed information regarding the house and local attractions. Located within driving distance to a variety of beaches, restaurants and marinas.

Wunderschöne Finca die keine WĂŒnsche ĂŒbrig lĂ€sst

Wir haben die Finca aufgrund ihrer großzĂŒgigen RĂ€umlichkeiten und guten Lage fĂŒr knapp 10 Tage gebucht und waren durchweg zufrieden. Wir und unsere GĂ€ste haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gerĂ€umig und sauber, sodass sich jeder in seinen RĂ€umlichkeiten zurĂŒckziehen kann. KĂŒche und Wohnraum waren ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet. DarĂŒber hinaus ist Lone eine außerordentliche Gastgeberin, die immer schnell zu erreichen ist und beste Empfehlungen weitergibt.

Unser erste Fincaurlaub war ein Traum. Die Betreuung durch die Verwalterin Lone und villas2rentMallorca war Sehr gut! Die Finca ĂŒbertraf unsere Erwartungen und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Finca ist durch die 5 Minuten Entfernung zu Cala Ferrera einzigartig. Abends ist es auf der Finca wunderbar ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Eine wirklich tolle und sehr saubereFinca, mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Wir hatten dort eine wunderbare Woche. Die Finca hat alles, was man braucht. Sie liegt ruhig, aber dennoch erreicht man schnell Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Meer und den Ort Cala dŽ Or. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld und die gesamte Organisation vor Ort sind perfekt. Vielen Dank!

Family get together

Very well appointed villa. Tastefully decorated. Spacious and well maintained. With young children you need a car but the town can be reached by a 20 minute easy walk. A peaceful location in the rustic countryside. The cockerels will be your alarm call in the morning. A great sized swimming pool with childrens area.

Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Top Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen aber in 5 min in der Stadt oder am Strand. Einzig kleine Verbesserungsvorschlag, die Straße zur Villa. Sehr holperig und eng. Schwer zu befahren. Alles im allen, super Urlaub 👍

Amazing Villa

Just returned from a week in this amazing villa, even better than expected. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. The villa is so well equipped, clean and spacious. There was 10 of us ranging from 11to 80 and everyone was bowled over with the villa. It’s secluded but not too far from the centre, great for chilling out. I would highly recommend this villa, we will certainly be coming back

De ruimte was perfect, de inrichting zeer geschikt voor een groep met kinderen in alle leeftijden. Alles was schoon en goed onderhouden en het contact met de eigenares waren heel goed.
