The space has been set up to host and entertain you with all the modern creature comforts as well as a PS4 with a host of games, football table, garden games such as Giant Connect 4 and Jenga.

Open plan living room which features a huge 55inch SMART TV (perfect for movie nights or video games), coffee table, and a suite of cosy blue velvet sofas for the ultimate chill-factor.

The living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen, to include features such as Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a variety of Nescafé pods for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Complimentary Tea bags are also provided.

The living room continues to flow through to a conservatory with a walk out pocket garden. The conservatory is a versatile area that is utilised for various purposes including dining, games and laundry (laundry facilities included).

Upstairs there is a modern full bathroom suite with electric shower and an additional WC.

3 Bedrooms. There is a Doube bedroom, Twin bedroom and Single bedroom (sleeps 5 comfortably). All bedrooms have SMART TV’s, mood lighting plush bedding and ample storage for personal belongings. Modern artwork bring contemporary life to the rooms.

In an effort to settle our most sensitive guests, we have opted to create an allergen-free environment, this means there are no feathers, down or fixed carpets.

The communal rooftop garden boasts an illuminated gazebo with ample seating, providing a perfect sheltered spot for outdoor relaxation, nighttime star gazing, 180 degree hill views and also classic garden games (such as Giant Connect 4 or Jenga).
