This house is ideal for large families or groups of friends, with a layout designed for everyone’s comfort and privacy.



There are 2 separate staircases, allowing the sleeping areas to be divided:

Kitchen-side staircase: leads to 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room with WC.

Living room-side staircase: leads to a large mezzanine and 1 bedroom.



This setup lets you enjoy time together while keeping your own space.



Bathrooms:

1 shower room with WC on the ground floor.

1 shower room with WC upstairs.



Sociable dining area:

Large extendable table for up to 12 people.

Table for 5 integrated into the kitchen island.

Perfect for sharing meals while keeping an eye on the children.



Outside:

Garden furniture for 15 people.

Great for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.



Baby and children’s equipment:

Everything is ready for families: 2 travel cots with comfy mattresses, high chair, booster seat, multi-position cradle (rocking), playpen, baby bath, 2 strollers (sunshade and rain cover), toys, games, and books for all ages.

Outdoor games: balance bike, bike, pedal tractor, Molkky, pétanque sets (for adults and children).



All-inclusive experience:

Arrive to made beds, towels provided, coffee and tea available, daily essentials (cleaning, kitchen), and end-of-stay cleaning included.
