Detached Villa - Private Pool - Stunning Mountain Views

This lovely villa is located in the most exclusive location in Ovacik and is set in a tranquil and secluded location with spectacular mountain views and is ideal for those looking for a quiet location in the foothills of the Babadag Mountain. Whilst a perfect retreat for those wanting to be in a quiet location yet situated not far from the resort in Hisaronu and bus routes taking you to the beach at Oludeniz or into the main town centre of Fethiye. On a clear day you can see the Greek Island of Rhodes. The villa is located only a 10 minute walk (3 minutes driving) from the main town and less than a 10 minute drive to Oludeniz famous for its Blue Lagoon beach. The villa is detached and spacious and has been furnished, maintained and decorated to a high standard throughout. Air conditioning throughout. The accommodation is spread out over three floors and comprises of four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs is an open plan living room/dining and kitchen with a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and full range of cooking utensils and cutlery. The lounge/dining area has a flat screen TV, Satellite system, DVD player, independent water cooler, Wi-Fi, two comfortable sofas, light furnishings, dining table and an open fireplace. Patio doors leading to a large veranda with table and chairs for outside dining or relaxing and watching the sun setting behind the mountains. Leading straight down from the veranda a private pool surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with sun-beds and built in barbecue area for those lovely summer evenings. There are three good size bedrooms on the first floor, two of which share a large terrace boasting fantastic pool and mountain views. The third floor has a large bathroom with shower. A spacious bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the surrounding views.

Villa had everything you could need. Very clean and modern. Pool area was perfect. We hired a car and used it for shopping and restaurants, although realised it was easier and cheaper to get a taxi to the beach front. Paragliding was an absolute unforgettable experience, especially seeing the villa from the air.

Mountain View is exactly what it says… beautiful Villa with amazing views of the mountain.

Would highly recommend this Villa. Very spacious with everything you need. One of the only villa’s we have had that doesn’t have a down stairs which can often give a damp smell. We had amazing views of Baghdad Mountain. Lilian was a great host always responding to any questions we had. Mehmet the pool man was great too. Would definitely go back to this Villa.

Lovely villa in a stunning location

We have just spent 3 glorious weeks in this delightful villa The villa has been tastefully decorated and is very well equipped with all mod cons, including wifi and an x-box! The pool is kept spotlessly clean and lazing on one of the many sunloungers in such an idillyic location was a real treat It is an easy downhill walk to the various bars and restaurants in Hisaranou, bit of a struggle back up the hill, but a taxi up is only a few quid We hired a car for the duration of our stay as we like to explore further afield, but the local dolmus is a great cheap way of getting around and stops relatively close to the villa Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you enjoy your home comforts and you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday

Amazing villa! Booking again next year!!!

First time in Turkey and found it to be an absolutely beautiful place to visit. The villa was truly to a very high standard. The views were incredible and the location was in a perfect place. Only 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the shops. Very quiet and peaceful. It is very clean and well equipt! The pool man came every day and maid once a week. I have stayed in many villas and i have to say this is one of the best!

Beautiful Modern Villa, Stunning Views!!

We have just returned from staying in Mount View Villa and were very impressed by it. It is very modern, with all the facilities you will need and more. The Xbox, Wi-Fi and water cooler were a great bonus. The view is breath taking and there is a nice big table outside that seats 8 so you can sit and enjoy your evening meal watching the sunset. Very clean all round the pool man comes every morning and the maids once a week, there are cleaning utensils provided and a washing machine with full instructions. The lay out of the villa is great, there is a toilet washroom on the ground floor where the kitchen/living room is, then on the first floor one double bedroom is en-suite and the 2 twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. Then on the second floor the double has also got a large en-suite, so we had loads of space. It is a 5 min walk down hill to the nearest shop but there is a taxi button right out side the door and you'll be picked up within a couple of minutes. Both the owner and the management team are a pleasure to deal with and with help you with anything you need. There is plenty of things to do locally like the waterpark, a fun fair in the town lots of lovely restaurants and shops. The famous Blue Lagoon is a dolmus ride down the road and Feythie is also easy to get to. We hired a jeep and explored a little further over to Kabak, Gimler and even to the top of the Babadag mountain! Absolutely loved our holiday, will definitely be back.

VILLA WITH A VIEW

Fantastic villa with nearly all the required facilities. It was near enough perfect for our family and the pool was great to swim in. The views from the villa was absolutely amazing - especially in the evening when the sun was setting. The xbox was great in keeping the kids occupied whilst we had other guests around. A fantastic holiday and a great villa to unwind and relax in.
