The space also includes a modern bathroom and a functional area with a washing and ironing machine for greater convenience.

It has a beautiful view from the 3rd floor of a new and spacious building (NO ELEVATOR):
- 15 minutes from the beach on foot.
- 10 minutes from the Casino on foot.
- 5 minutes from the Market on foot.
- Next to the University of Coimbra (Campus Figueira da Foz).
- Next to the Entertainment Center (CAE)

Figueira da Foz, as it is an active fishing port and simultaneously home to the oldest and most well-known casino in Portugal, is a perfect destination for lovers of gastronomy, the beach and also for those looking for other cultural and leisure activities. The proximity to historic cities such as Aveiro and Coimbra is an advantage to be taken advantage of during a sunbathing break!

- The municipality of Figueira da Foz charges a tourist tax of €2 (April - September) or €1.50 (October to March) per person/per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 16 years old who are exempt from payment. It is not included in the reservation price.

- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of €100 will be requested before check-in. The deposit will be refunded 2/3 days after check-out if no damage occurs to the property.
