Disliked: Cleanliness
This host did not communicate anything!! There was no message at any time after reserving this rental to touch bases. No information about where the property is or how to access the property. They also did not respond to VRBO representatives. My family and I were left trying to find a suitable place to stay at the absolute last minute (after check in time) and it was during the holiday season so EVERYTHING was booked. We ended up staying in an undesirable tiny room.
