Lovely apartment with a few let downs

The apartment and complex is beautiful, the pool is warm and clean and the air conditioning works like a dream. The roof top terrace is large and crucially has a shower to try and keep cool. The stay was let down by a broken shower in the main ensuite that despite reporting to the managing agent on its discovery on day 2 of a 9 day stay, they did nothing to try and fix it during our stay. There is no WiFi and the mobile signal up there is poor, the TV unit was covered in dust which makes you question the cleanliness of the apartment and there were absolutely no instructions for the apartment, no guide to what to do with the rubbish, no local attraction information...nothing. Beautiful place to stay, but let down by being run by a company that clearly just treat it like a money machine rather than a service. Oh and you have to drive in to Benidorm with nowhere to park and no help from the letting agency, in order to collect your keys. Take away the letting agent, make it a bit more welcoming and you've got a brilliant place to stay.
