Enjoy a relaxing and fun vacation get-a-way at our cottage which is on a quiet street at La Casa Lakeside Resort. This unique resort is a little resort community 30 kilometers from West Kelowna or 35 kilometers from Vernon, BC. It's a gated community with about 425 cottages on Westside Road.

Our summer home is suitable for one person, one couple, two couples or one Family of (4), reminder there are only two beds in the cottage. A queen bed in the Master bedroom and a double in the loft bedroom. Two children would need to share the one double bed in the loft. Please keep this in mind, when booking.

Prices differs from Season to Season. 3 Plus Night Minimum Stay Professional cleaning and disinfecting of the cottage. Enjoy all the wonders that the Spring/Summer and Fall Seasons have to offer. Discover the beauty and enjoy exploring Region of the Okanagan Area.

SPRING is a great time to visit the Okanagan Valley. The Resort is projected to Open on May 1st this year. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball and mini-golf. The pools and hot tubs will open for the season. If you stay during this time of year, you will find the resort usually very quiet and relaxing.


SUMMER MONTHS With families enjoying all the amenities that the resort has to offer. These amenities are all included in the price of the rental, except for the kayak and paddle board rental which is offered through the resort. You can no also book your golf cart for rental as well.

In the summer this cottage shines like a "Jewel" with it's many windows and vaulted ceilings. Waking up in the mornings with the first beams of sunlight shining upon the smooth, calm quiet lake, starts off your day.

It is comforting to know, that you can sit out on the patio deck well into the evening and enjoy a refreshment and a good book. Most of your meals can be enjoyed out on the patio depending on the weather, the BBQ is ready to go. Please pick up all your groceries in Vernon or Kelowna, before your arrival. If you are not able to do this the Save-On-Foods Delivers groceries to the resort daily. The new "La Casa General Store and Restaurant makes some great pizza's, is now open year round for the Community. The resort is usually running in full swing, with the general store, Bistro/Restaurant opened and all amenities in operation. Great time for the kids to enjoy the 3 Aqua Parks in the lake. If you are at the main pool, make sure you stop by the General Store and pick up a refreshing ice-cream cone or a specialty coffee. Kayak and Paddle board rentals are usually available during the summer months. You can also rent a boat for the day in Kelowna.

AUTUMN SEASON: Experience the changing of the fall leaves in this Okanagan Valley. You might want to explore some of the local winery's in West Kelowna. The Resort amenities are still available for our guests. The lower level pool and hot tub is opened until the October Thanksgiving Long Weekend. This is usually a great time of the year to visit La Casa, when the school children have gone back to school. You can still enjoy a game of tennis, pickleball or mini golf. Take the time to relax and cozy up by the fireplace, and read a good book. Hiking and walking trips are the best during this season of the year. Harvest Season in the Okanagan is a tapestry of different colours.

This cottage has one large bedroom, with a queen size bed, a private loft bedroom with a double bed.
Kitchen with all appliance, and a washer/dryer, slate floors and two bar stools. Everything that you might need to cook a family meal is included. Living area includes lots of natural light, has a gas fireplace, area rug, and hardwood floors. Dinning area includes a large table with six chairs. The windows all have screens, and wooden blinds. A sliding glass door to the outside deck. The outer deck is spacious, and enclosed with plexiglass railing with an unobstructed view of Okanagan Lake. Outdoor table, chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ, are also there for your use. The sundeck has the morning sun to enjoy your coffee, and the afternoon shade is perfect for reading in the lounge chairs. We have installed a security Camera near the front entrance. This is so we know how many guests are staying at the cottage. This is so we can also monitor the cottage when we are not there.
This cottage is situated just a short walk from the main pool/hot tubs and tennis courts, mini golf, and playground area. Cable TV and WIFI included.
