Good location. Very overpriced for the quality. No privacy on balcony rooms as they are visible with rooms next door. Not comfortable furniture in rooms. Cant sit and relax anywhere but in the bed. No night stand on one side of king bed. Pool is supposedly heated but wasn't on when I was there end of September. Really? For $300 a night? Ill stay if I get a better price but thats too high off season for what you get.

Stayed in this beautiful, friendly hotel on Saturday 11th for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms, one for family member from England, check in was so good, we arrived on one of the coldest ,stormy day at Flagler beach! Very nice , friendly staff on reception. Our room was spacious, clean, plenty free toiletries , towels, mini fridge and water. Beautiful kingsize bed , pillows nice and comfortable, lovely spacious bathroom . Our only problem was the breakfast, we usually eat at 8-8-30, the turkey sausage was cold, over cooked and couldnt eat it. Eggs also cold and that was before we had bread to toast so dont recommended..plenty other items to choose from though! The lobby is beautiful and clean, nice shop , rooftop bar was excellent and reasonably priced for cocktails and food. The pool is small but itbwas quiet, apparently it was quite cold although stated it was heated, plenty lovely sun beds and chairs with umbrellas, met up with the manager of food and beverages, very nice , polite and professional, thank you for looking out for my grandchildren, they appreciated the buckets to play with! Definitely returning, even though my husband and I live in Palm Coast, it was so nice to be down on the beach to walk to restaurants and have a cozy room to sleep !

This hotel is fairly new , and it shows. While the staff is phenomenal, they need to hire more people. Some of the finishes like light fixtures are missing , and they should add closing doors to the shower as the floor becomes very wet, and welcomes the risk to being a fall hazard. The food overall is either too salty or completely flavorless. The staff is really nice, but improvements need to be considered with other aspects of the hotel.

Couldn't have been more impressed with this hotel! We visit Flagler Beach often and spend a lot more money to stay at a boutique inn, but we decided this time to try the new Compass. The price was definitely great through Expedia, the location is convenient just one block to the beach, nearby shops and restaurants, and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The entire property was spotless, including our room which had a very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom with great smelling shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided. The pool area with adjoining bar was awesome and all of the food and drinks we tried during our stay were exceptionally (and surprisingly) good (we are foodies)! A very nice breakfast buffet is included and was a lot better quality with more variety than most. By the pool we enjoyed Happy Hour drinks and delicious bites (Hawaiian chicken wrap with pineapple dipping sauce was high-end restaurant good!), then later went to the rooftop Chill Bar where you can sit inside by the TVs or outside on the patio overlooking the ocean and enjoy a full bar and various light and heavier appetizers (loved the honey siracha wings and margharita flatbread). Dinner is also available in the hotel restaurant with a more expansive good-looking menu. Overall we really enjoyed our stay with only one suggestion for Compass. A shower door is needed versus the half open cold shower concept that allows water to splash out and doesn't keep warm steam in.
