This unique getaway offers an expansive wrap-around balcony that spans both the front and the back of the house. Best of all, you not only have an ocean view but also have a walkway to the beach across the street. Enjoy a private driveway which offers plenty of parking for trailers and boats. You'll have a stunning view of miles of sandy shore and lush greenery from a private wrap-around balcony, a cozy and chic open floor plan for the living areas on both the ground and top floor.



Pet Friendly - The owner will allow up to two dogs (woof) (no cats) up to 50 pounds. There will be a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (14) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
