The 3 Aufranc vineyard gîtes

At heart of the wine-growing Beaujolais, stop-over/group gîte on wine estate just 1.5 km from the center of Fleurie. Accommodation for up to 28 people in 3 separate gîtes. The 1st gîte (N° 3084) for 12 people is located in the same building as owners' house. It has a large living room (wine cellar style, can accommodate up to 38 people) with lounge area, TV, wood-burning stove, a fully fitted kitchen (semi-professional standard) opening directly onto garden and terrace, 3 bedrooms with private facilities in each. The 2 other gîtes (N° 1698 & 1699) are located on same property in another building. Gîte N° 1698 (for 10 people) has 3 bedrooms, gîte N° 1699 (for 6 people) has 4 bedrooms. Kitchen, living-room, lounge and facilities in each gîte. Outdoors : 3 terraces, sets of garden furniture, gas planchas, lovely views of the vineyard, large courtyard, parking area, boules alley, toilet block (Wc, washbasin, washing machine), private heliport on property (46° 12' 02'' - E 04° 41' 23''). Bed linen supplied (beds are made before arrival), cleaning at the end of stay included in rent. Cot on request. Guests may be welcomed with a guided tour of farm (Terra Vitis sustainable viticulture) and tasting if interested. Food delivery by a nearby caterer can be arranged. Owners can also rent a B&B accommodation for 2 people, in wooden tiny house among the vineyards. Horseriders welcome (fields & paddocks available). The 3 gîtes can also be rented individually at certain times.
