Located on the heights of St Pierre La Mer, this 3-sided air-conditioned house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is possible to park a vehicle next to the boundary wall.

The ground floor has a lounge area with sofa, sideboard, TV (French channels only), an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, Tassimo conventional and pod coffee maker, combined microwave mini-oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine (6 kg capacity). A separate WC completes the ground floor, as does a cupboard under the stairs. The house has a large terrace with garden furniture (table for 6 with parasol, 1 deckchair).
Upstairs there is a shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, hairdryer), separate WC, a first bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe and hanging space, a second bedroom with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and access to a south-facing terrace, and a third bedroom with bunk beds (2x90x190) and chest of drawers.
The little Saint-Pierre train stops just in front of the Jardins de St-Pierre, making it easy to get to the beach! There are also visitor parking spaces at the entrance to the development. With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beaches, Saint Pierre La Mer is a popular seaside resort. Part of the commune of Fleury d'Aude, this small village hosts a delightful typical southern market on the seafront every day of the year. Not far from there, in the Clape massif, a protected natural heritage site: the exceptional gouffre de l'œil doux (gentle eye chasm) offers a delightful sight not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the lakes in the distance.
