Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (not enclosed) with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed, a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and two 90x190cm bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six years old).

30m² tiled terrace, 120m² private garden with no overlooked views, garden furniture, and barbecue. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the cottage (street side). Enclosed and secure parking is available in the owner's courtyard (upon request).

Reversible air conditioning and pellet stove.
Electric heating with utilities included, sheets and towels provided, and final cleaning included. Saint Amand-les-Eaux is 13 km away: the Abbey, the thermal baths, the Pasino, the town center, the Scarpe-Escaut Regional Nature Park with the Abbey Tower Museum and the Raismes Forest.
