Out of the five hotels that we stayed in on our recent trip to Italy, this one was our favorite. The room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were amazing! The dining area is beautiful and it was such a nice way to start our day. The hotel is in a great location, with a lot of restaurants and shopping close by, and it was a short walk to the train station. We loved our stay, and hopefully we'll get the opportunity to visit again!

6/10 Okay

The hotel was overall decent, with a good breakfast and very hardworking staff in the breakfast area who were constantly attentive and helpful. Check-in took quite a long time, and unfortunately one front desk staff member came across as rude, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a pleasant enough stay.
