Great place to stay!

The hotel is located in a perfect location and is near to all attractions. The room is clean. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good too. I would love to have another stay if I visit Florence again in the future.

Expensive, smelly, bad attitude, bad breakfast. Almost no wifi availability. Room too small . We couldn’t even open our luggage, we had a terrible experience. Don’t come this hotel.

The room that we used for 5 nights was filthy.and dusty. The shower was very small, barely squeeze in. The interior was outdated with only one point to recharge phones and the cupboards were broken. The door to the room required force to open and close. Location is convenient close to transport.

Great spot near the Train station

Great place to stay near the train station. A lot of food options nearby. We had great service during breakfast and Aida our room attendant was also great. Would stay again

Great location. Few minutes away from train station. Not so quiet. You could hear people from outside even the windows closed. If you are staying for a few days, it’s a great location.

El hotel muy limpio, súper ubicado entre la estación del tren y el centro histórico. Muy cerca hay muchísimas opciones para comer. Aire acondicionado bueno, ventana hacia la calle. Lo único incómodo es el espacio de regadera que es pequeño, y cuesta bañarse.

The property is very centrally located—just a short walk from the Duomo and the central train station, with easy access to the tram as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient the location was. The staff were friendly, and the included breakfast was a nice way to start the day with a quick bite. The only suggestion I’d make is to provide a thicker blanket for added comfort.
