The room floors were unclean. Very tight with towels, there were 3 of in the room. Only one chair, 3 towels, 3 wash clothes and no hand towels. Had to call for clean towels and bedding. No full time cleaning staff, we had to bag our own trash and set it outside our door at night. The mattresses left much to be desired. The mattresses need to be replaced.The manager or owner was very nice and responded in a timely manner when we called with needs, like twice for the TV not working.

I mistakenly had the wrong date for our reservation (Travelocity puts in current date automatically) I notice it right away on the receipt. I immediately called the Inn. Receptionist said she couldn't make a change since the reservation was through Travelocity. I then called Travelocity. They called the Inn but couldn't do anything as a manager was not available. Travelocity said I would receive an email as soon as possible. I did received the email with the explanation that management could not do anything about it because the reservation date was passed. I am disappointed both in the Budget Inn & Travelocity. I will find another place to stay & will not be making anymore reservations through Travelocity unless this is properly cared for.

The AM staff was unfriendly and unsympathetic to the issues that we had with an extremely hard bed, pillows were non-supportive, no amenities available, and roaches in the room. Her words were “I guess we need to call pest control and we don’t control what comes on!”

Rude staff.

The room was fine. There is only one end table and if you have very many things that need charged, there aren’t many outlets. The blankets and pillows weren’t good at all. The staff was rude. Called our room and hung up numerous times to wish us to check out.
