It is located on the side of the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, just opposite of the railway station and the San Lorenzo Market, between the historical pedestrian center and the streets that surround the city.
You can enjoy the district just walking around the typical streets departing from the square, dropping at some of the bars and shops of the area. Duomo is at 10 min walk.

A gem on the edge of city center

Our apartment was well equipped and easy to access.conveniently located for easy access to the train station and market central. a few issues with appliances but they offered solutions right away. no elevator so stairs it is!great property for families and shared couples.second time staying here because of the size and location.

Our stay in Florence was wonderful. The apartment was conveniently located not too far from the train station (walking distance for sure) and close by many restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. We received check-in instructions ahead of time and it allowed for a seamless arrival. By being close to so many things we did hear people talking down below on the walkway to the plaza in the mornings, but we aren’t late sleepers so it didn’t bother us. The beds were comfortable and overall the place had plenty of space with nice amenities. We loved that there was space where our family could gather. The entry stairs were okay to navigate with luggage. It was definitely a plus to have air conditioning. We would stay again when in Florence.
