The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator in a period building in the city center of Florence, a few steps from the Duomo and the San Lorenzo Market; ideal for visiting the most famous museums, churches and monuments. The neighborhood is lively and we can find many shops and restaurants.
In the neighborhood, there are clothing stores of all kinds, bookshops, typical restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets.
The train and bus stations (Santa Maria Novella) are about 350 meters away, the tram is about 100 meters away, a pay garage about 80 meters away.

Que dire de cet appartement ? Il est particuliĂšrement bien situĂ©, prĂšs de la gare Santa Maria Novella que l'on rejoint Ă  pieds en une dizaine de minutes, particuliĂšrement prĂšs du Mercato Centrale oĂč l'on peut se fournir tous les matins en lĂ©gumes, poissons, viandes, Ă©pices..., tout prĂšs de 2 petits supermarchĂ©s Conad dont le rayon boulangerie est bien fourni et oĂč l'on peut trouver tout le reste du ravitaillement. Et, bien sĂ»r, on peut atteindre tous les sites Ă  visiter Ă  pieds. Il est trĂšs confortable : le coin cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ© et on peut y faire la cuisine "comme Ă  la maison", les chambres sont agrĂ©ables avec une literie de qualitĂ© et de quoi ranger tous les vĂȘtements sans aucun problĂšme de place, les deux salles d'eau sont trĂšs apprĂ©ciables. La dĂ©coration est particuliĂšrement soignĂ©e et de bon goĂ»t. L'accueil par la fille de la propriĂ©taire est extraordinaire : elle pense Ă  montrer tout ce qui peut ĂȘtre utile, donne beaucoup de renseignements pratiques de toutes sortes et le fait avec Ă©normĂ©ment de gentillesse et de chaleur. Enfin, la possibilitĂ© de dĂ©poser les bagages au moment oĂč l'on arrive Ă  Florence avant l'heure du check-in et Ă  l'inverse de les laisser jusqu'au moment oĂč l'on quitte Florence est trĂšs, trĂšs apprĂ©ciable ; merci beaucoup Ă  Ambra d'avoir prĂ©vu cette possibilitĂ©.

Amazing Location

The location so close to the Duomo, many restaurants, and the train station was the best! You could go explore and then go back to rest without having to go far. The showers were a little small, but worked fine. The washer and dryer in 1 was also very helpful. Would recommend this property. Communication was good and we had a lovely time!

Steps from the Duomo

Family of 4 stayed at the property. Apartment was located on the 3rd floor. Location was amazing! About a 10 mins walk to everything. Restaurants close by. Advertised as an 3 bedroom apartment but is only a 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch in the main living area/off the kitchen as the third bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was handy though. Perfect for what we needed for the few days spent in Florence.

The location of this property can't be beat. Right down the street from the Duomo. Highly convenient. Nice apartment with everything you need. Elevator is a big plus! Nearby restaurants and gelato were great. Highly recommend

Beautiful neighborhood that is centrally located. Top floor 'concerned' me (because I overpack and have too much luggage), but the elevator/lift was incredibly helpful!!! Check-in was thorough! Security was comforting! Would return in a heartbeat!!!

Great holiday stay in Florence

Dimitri was a great host, communicating directions & checking us in easily. I had left my passport at the apartment and then needed a photo of it for train tickets, so I reached out to Dimitri and he quickly forwarded a photograph of it. The apartment is In a fantastic location, close to the Duomo and old town district, also just 5 minutes from the train station.

Flawless Stay

About as good as you can get for the price. Home was centrally located, as we walked both ways from the train station. Also close to everything that Florence has to offer. Just around the corner from the Duomo. Elevator was helpful considering it's on the 3rd floor. Home was clean and check-in was smooth. Pictures are accurate, I just wish. we had stayed another night or two!

A Firenze Gem

This newly renovated and very quiet apt. is in a secure bldg. just steps from the Duomo. Loved the air conditioning, the powerful hot water showers and the lift, all pluses in Italy. Easy checkin and communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Great stay, apartment and location. Florence was really hot but the AC worked brilliantly which was needed. Only issue was the lift was too small to use with a pram, this should be clearer as we ended up carrying the pram up and down the stairs.

Fantastic Location, Great Property

Centrally-located. Two bathrooms! Very clean, well-appointed apartment. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels just in case. Washer/dryer was a plus. Great experience, we loved our time in Florence!

As advertised !

Location alone is worth it, easy to get to and close to everything you'll need. Listing is as as advertised, and includes useful guide book from owner. Noteworthy items would be the showers are tight, so if you're on the larger size they may not work great for you, and the living room screen is damaged, so if you like the windows open, watch out for mosquitos ! We enjoyed our stay, an additional sofa or two sitting chairs in the living room would have increased our rating to 5 out of 5 !
