Perfect Location

What a lovely hotel this is, perfect location to see the sights of Florence! Then return late afternoon to relax in the pool bar area… wind down.. ready for the evening meal!

The hotel has a very cramped and narrow lobby. While it's conveniently located, it's also in a very busy part of the town that's noisy and rundown. There was also a homeless person with a dirty mattress a few steps outside of the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and nice and the rooms were modern and very clean as detailed in the photos. The rooftop pool is highly exaggerated online - the actual pool is much smaller and hardly as glamorous as the photos. All in all, we were disappointed and would not return here.

The service at Glance hotel was outstanding. The room service was excellent and daily. The breakfast options were plentiful and substantial, being added to throughout the breakfast session. Fresh coffee of choice was available. The staff were extremely helpful. We thought the pool was lovely and enjoyed the occasional drink at the cocktail bar. The Wi-Fi was a little problematic for me - I often couldn’t connect to WhatsApp etc but that may just have been the room that I was in. I reverted to 4G for internet access on my phone for checking in to flight to come home etc. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. The front staff desk were very helpful with advice and in booking us taxis.

Excellent modern hotel within walking distance the train station. very clean and good size bathroom with great water pressure. Strong air conditioning to relax and get out of the hot July heat. The pool and lounge / bar on the rooftop... The views... Would definitely stay here again.
