Online checkin was difficult without service. Hotel is not in convenient area. Airport shuttle is a 20 € taxi.

The hotel is in an excellent location for an early AM flight out of the Florence airport. The hotel staff were able to arrange taxis for our group, although it is also walkable to the airport. This hotel does not have a front desk and all communication with the hotel is through What's App. The check-in process was confusing and very frustrating. Be on the lookout for an email the day before you travel (my email was mixed in with about 200 work emails that I was trying not to read; therefore, it was not noticed). The check-in process is through an app and the hotel staff will not speak with you directly. There was a sign to contact them via What's App when checking in. We called and could hear the phone ring. The phone call was declined. I called again and could hear it ring again. At that point, a woman appeared and yelled at us to only message through What's App as they were not interested in speaking with anyone directly. Overall, it's a nice hotel. I just wish that hotel staff would be a little more friendly in assisting with check in. Therefore, it was a disappointing experience.

There were very loud Italians at night. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything. Very hard to sleep with the noise
