I liked the closeness to central Florence and the Duomo, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was open to 10:30, and very comprehensive and great for lazy travelers on holiday, and the artwork, garden and situation were very nice. We also appreciated the upgrade to a superior room, the large tub, and the garden view, and blackout drapes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Monna Lisa. Staff was extremely cordial, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was superb and the kitchen staff were awesome too. All in all, a great experience; highly recommended!!!

It was rustic, clean, staff was very helpful and courteous, very good breakfast buffet. Came back from dinner one night and was told we had to move to a different room because of an issue with the water. We went from a quiet two bathroom room to a noisy one bathroom room for the rest of our stay.

I liked the location, the outdoor seating area and the breakfast was fantastic, not to mention the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I would love to go back!

The hotel has much more of a B&B feel to it. It reflects the charm and grace of an old city steeped in culture and history. The location is perfectly central. The hotel staff was very gracious and always helpful. I had one minor issue that they immediately took care of and went beyond my expectations to ensure I was satisfied. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and can't wait for an opportunity to return. I highly recommend them.
