Very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated the many choices and extended hours of the breakfast. The fruit bowl was filled with high quality produce, best orange I've eaten in 40 years. Thank you for that. I struggled to find Via Oche, but I didn't have Internet working. From SMN train station, follow the main roads towards the Duomo, don't take any alley roads. Once you arrive, walk on the road (plaza) between the big Duomo buildings and the little Duomo. Via Oche is the first alley road you will come to. I hope this helps someone.

Perfect view

The Villani has a wonderful view from the terrace that faces the Duomo. I can't forget breakfast time there, and I enjoyed their warm hospitality!!

Good stay

Great location about 30 seconds from the Duomo. Room was basic but clean. Shower and bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast provided consisted of eggs, cold meats, pastries and cereal. Acceptable place to stay for a night or two

Great location. The staff was very helpful. Finding it was a little tricky. The rooms need some TLC to fix trim and the warped floor coming out of the bathroom. The beds were comfy and the heat worked just fine. There was plenty to eat at breakfast. The roof top view was stunning. We enjoyed our stay.

Everyone were friendly and respectful, it is a hotel to stay one Night to sleep if you are exploring Italy and that’s what we were doing , the room was clean, i think if they offer a breakfast any kind , they need to improve in quality and temperature of food, eggs were cold, and the breakfast room was not attractive at all, you can tell the food is prepared from same people we saw at front desk , nothing wrong with that but seems like inexperienced people handling the food

Great location. Fabulous view.

Fantastic location (100m from main historic square) and super helpful staff. Worth coming for the rooftop terrace breakfast view of the Dumo piazza alone!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City

When I arrived, the gentleman at the desk was so helpful. Even though it wasn’t time to check in, I was allowed to leave my bags there. He made sure I was aware if all the amenities and off I went to explore Florence. If you stay there, make sure you take advantage if their rooftop bar.

The staff and location were superb however the hotel rooms were very much in need of renovation. The hair dryer was ancient and most certainly should be replaced with something more usable. The hot water kettle for coffee was broken and looked like it was from 1975. The WiFi was spotty at best and disconnected every few minutes. I feel like the hotel could do a little more to update to the modern comforts. That being said, the staff were lovely and polite.

Nice quaint little hotel. The staff was great, made bed and clean towels every day. Breakfast was good. My only issue was that the shower was tiny. Made it very difficult to shower. Also, the TV didn't work. Rooftop bar was nice too, great views of the Duomo.

As a solo traveller it felt very safe here. Quiet and secure hotel with lots of dining options nearby. Infact the location in general couldnt be better. Rooms werent fancy but were clean and comfortable and the rooftop bar was an added bonus- the perfect spot to end a day exploring the city.

Great location. Rooftop terrace view was fantastic enjoyed a nice drink and relaxing view from above the crowds down below. The breakfast was delicious we were able to take our breakfast up to rooftop or have as much coffee or tea in our room. Staff was very friendly
