SĂ©jour Florence

C’est un appartement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© trĂšs propre et bien situĂ©. Cependant il y a un problĂšme d’odeur trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans les salles de bains. Il faudrait Ă©galement penser a des rideaux occultants dans les chambres.

Nice location, clean and modern, just lacking some bedding.

The location was good - we used the bus to travel to the main attractions, there were at least 2 or 3 bus stops within a 5 or so minute walk so it was quite easy to get anywhere from here. My husband and I were able to walk to a coffee shop nearby for breakfast and that was really nice. The apartment was very clean and they worked with us to get in a little early which was very nice of them. We misjudged our times and the manager was very flexible to meet us even though we had to push it a few times. We did not use the kitchen other than for easy breakfast, so I don't know if there were pans etc, but good amount of dishes for eating cereal etc. The only issue we had was that there were 7 of us and only 6 pillows and no extra blankets. It was not the biggest deal, I did not reach out to them, but I would recommend check this before it is too late and you are just too tired to deal with it :). There was plenty of other stuff and it was a good size for all 7 of us, so I still recommend it!

Good for the price

It was well maintained and looks like the pictures as well. The host was good at communication and responded well. They were helpful in storing our luggage though we arrived earlier than check in time. There are a couple of things though -Its on second floor and we had to walk up with all our suitcases.The shower doors don't close all the way. That makes water flow out and the floor mats get wet in no time. (Its probably a norm in Italy for such shower doors, but we aren't used to it in the US)

Property manager worked around our schedule when our check-in had to be pushed later back. Cute, clean, great space for friends and not far from restaurants. Heaters also worked great.

The location is really good, the host is terrible, the apartment is on the top floor of the building and they never notified us, going up with suitcases is the worst and going down, at least they say that you have to go up several floors. The towels were white at one time, I really give it 3

The perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and the perfect location to walk to several great restaurants and attractions. As some have mentioned, the is an odor in the bathrooms that smell a bit like the sewer. The toilet seat in the main bathroom kept falling off. We also felt like the place could use a coffee table or somewhere to place drinks in the living room area. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.

Great property on the outskirts of Florence. If you’re willing to take the train 7min outside of the center then you will find great value in a great apartment that allows you a 15min walk to enjoy the entire city

Best VRBO stay.

This was the BEST VRBO stay that we’ve had in years. The place lived up to its description and it was clean, new, and on a wonderful neighborhood close to the center of Firenze. We will recommend this place to our friends and would encourage anyone who is looking for a place in Firenze to check out this location and apartment! When we return we will definitely go back to Orcagna!
