🅿 ️ PARKING
▪️ Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway
❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
▪️ We don't have AC at the house, but it usually doesn't get too hot since we're on the coast. If it does, you can open the windows to let in a breeze and cool the house down quickly. The back doors also have storm doors with screens to allow more air to flow through.
🦶 DECK
▪️ Please don't walk barefoot, as the deck can get very hot during summer afternoons.
👦 FAMILY WITH KIDS
▪️ Please do not allow kids to run freely outside.
▪️ There is no gate at the top of the stairs on the deck leading to the beach.
▪️ There is an open barked area in the backyard beyond the deck with a drop-off towards the river. There is nothing there other than a few bushes to prevent a little one that is not being watched from tumbling down the hillside.
🍽️ OUTDOOR DINNERWARE
▪️ Plenty of plastic dinnerware to be used for outside. Plastic dinnerware can be put in the dishwasher, but not the microwave. Please no glass on deck.
🐛 NATURE
▪️ Our home is in a natural waterfront area, so it's not out of the ordinary to see insects. We also see wildlife like eagles, bunnies, deer, and sometimes even bears by the river. It's okay to eat outside, but please clean up right away and don't leave any food on the deck overnight.
📣 CONSIDERATIONS
▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that negatively impacts your trip
