The apartment is a magnificent and enviable choice in the real heart of florence
Refined and elegant, the apartment is in one of the most loved of Florence's central districts, even amongst the locals, it is rich in picturesque artisan shops and cozy restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, and with four bedrooms it is ideal for a group of friends or a large family.

The whole place has just been renovated with great taste and attention to detail: contemporary style, comfort and design details create a unique charm and a very pleasant atmosphere. A welcoming atmosphere and a warm ambiance will embrace you as you walk inside, thanks to the warmth of wooden features and rustic and colorful touches mixed with refined furniture. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable! Location is awesome! 4 blocks in either direction and u are at the Duomo or Santa Croce or even the local market! Conad supermarket is just below the apt which is definitely a plus! The best part is how the owner and caretakers respond if you have a question. We were there for a month and it really felt like home! Will definitely return if Florence ever calls again!
Did not actually stay here. Had to cancel the booking but heard nothing back from the owner including not receiving the promised refund. Would not recommend. Had to give this one star rating to submit review but since I didn't see the property this is not a true reflection, it certainly looked nice in the pictures.
The apartment was well located in the Santa Croce area of Florence. Although the apartment was plenty big (there were 5 of us) we could tell that it needed some much needed TLC. The air conditioning was not cooling, one of the showers was completely clogged, and the kitchen was not well equipped. There was not even a coffee maker. I have to say though that Mariolina did respond by the second day and had the AC fixed and the plumbing repaired, She even dropped off a brand new coffee maker. So I applaud her for that. However, part of the experience for us is that we like to cook and there was no way you could have prepared a meal with the kitchen equipped as sparsely as it was. Someone needs to take the time to rejuvenate the place and make this the place it should be. I would suggest the owners spend a few days in this apartment and they would see what I am taking about.
A charming and comfortable home in a perfect location!
I booked this rental at the last minute after discovering the Air Bnb I had booked was absolutely horrible! Mariolina responded quickly and allowed our family of 8 early access so that we would not miss a minute of our time in Florence!
The apartment was charming, spacious and well-equipped, and we really appreciated the laundry facilities after traveling for 2 weeks! The beds were all very comfortable, and there was even a tiny patio with a view of the Duomo. The location can't be beat, all of the major tourist sites are easily walkable, and the elevator was very handy for my father who had limited mobility.
Mariolina was very helpful with all of my questions, and arranged a wonderful guide (Alessandro) for a day trip to the wine country. Alessandro also helped get us (and our ridiculous amount of luggage!) to the airport before dawn!
Thanks so much for making our time in Florence so wonderful!
