"VENERE Suite" is located in via guelfa 14. On the heart of San Lorenzo neighborhood where local culture meets Medici history. Also it is a lively and picturesque neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants and markets.

The apartment can host up to four people: two in a queen-size bed in the bedroom and two in a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
BEDS:
The standard organization is for 2 people in the main room's king size bed, if you are 2 that want sleep separately (Friends, parents....) LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK, I provide extra linens and organize the sofa bed.

As all the ancient ‘800 building of the historical center there’s no elevator, to reach the apartment there is a 60 steps stairs, but as you get up to the top you’ll forget about it.

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia's place. The apartment was bright and spotless. The bed was comfortable. We did not make a meal (so many excellent restaurants within short walking distance) but the kitchen had nice dinnerware and cookware. Silvia is very kind and is a great communicator. We stayed for 1 week. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Silvia was very quick to respond to messages and everything was very organized and clean. The apartment was great and the location was perfect. There are a bit of steps to deal with but after a day or two we found ourselves getting use to it. We loved Florence and this darling apartment!

Clean, easy & homey

Silvia made it so easy for us to check in and out! It was also at the center of everything we wanted to do in Florence and so easy to walk everywhere. I would recommend it to anyone! Perfect location, clean, comfortable and Silvia, the owner, was so easy to communicate with.

Amazing location and a fantastic host!

What a great apartment! It was exceptionally clean, had a good amount of room for a couple people, a very comfy bed, and a spacious and luxurious bathroom. Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave us a full tour of the apartment and recommended some fantastic restaurants. We’ll definitely be staying here again. It felt like home while on holiday.

Great place to stay - just beware of number of stair steps

We stayed in late June 2025 as a family of 3. Silvia is very responsive and always willing to help arrange tours and private transport. The location is perfect - 10 to 20 mins walking distance to museums, tourist points, and the main train station. Note that the building this apartment is in has about 60 or so steps to the 4th floor and carrying heavy luggage can be challenging, especially during the summer heat - pack light!

Beautiful apartment close to everywhere you want to visit.

Modern, clean, spacious, apartment in the heart of Florence. Wonderful restaurants nearby.Walking distance to all the museums, markets, and other attractions.Host Silvia was always available for questions and helped whenever we needed.You must like stairs though. Looks Just Like the Pictures

The condo is in a perfect location! An easy walk to shopping, the train station, dining and site seeing. It was spotless and appeared just as the pictures represent. The stairs to the condo are a bit much though, especially with luggage, so pack light. Silvia is a wonderful hostess.

Modern, bright & beautiful

My husband and I recently stayed at Silvia's beautiful apartment. It was modern, exceptionally clean and had so much light! The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and seeing all the beautiful sights of Florence. Silvia is a pleasure to work with and was super helpful with directions, recommendations and calling for taxis for us. We highly recommended this apartment for a great stay!

The perfect location

The apartment was great. The location was close to the historic core of the city. Additionally there were many great places to eat within a few steps of the front door. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was notified that due to city works projects we might have low to no water pressure on one day of our stay. She delivered water to the apartment that morning. Thankfully it wasn’t needed but her assistance was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful apartment!

My wife and I just got back from Italy on our honeymoon and stayed in this wonderful apartment while in Florence. The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean. Silvia was wonderful and offered us anything we needed to make our stay perfect. She even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant that she recommended! The apartment is located on a side street within walking distance of everything but out of the hustle and bustle of foot traffic and cars. When we return to Florence in the future we will definitely try to stay here again!

Florence Gem

Silvia was an amazing host, very accommodating and super helpful in regards to the area and recommendations. The apartment is 100% what you see in the photos and beautiful. My wife and I were traveling for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with the Venere Suite. It is located on a perfect, quite street with great bistros and restaurants right out the front door. Perfect location for easy walking distance to everything. We will 100% stay here again when we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Silvia.
