I had a family emergency on our first night at the hotel. Unfortunately have to interrupted our vacation and fly back to Sao Paulo, Brazil. My sister called the hotel and explained the situation, the hotel refused to refund 7 days from my reservation, the manager told me the policy was no refund in any circumstances wirhout a drs note, how i could do that I was in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, my family lives in Sao Paulo and my husband and I live in the US. I was on vacation in Brazil visiting family and traveling. No compassionate, or understand that unfortunate emergencies occurs in any place, country or time. We plan this trip for few months and was cut sort.

The hotel manager, was not a manager. He intentional provided mislesding information about amenities. There was much disturbances noise other isdurs inside the toel. Hos sokution was to wxcyse the issues with unrationsl excuses, rufuse to tske action yo address the issues. I stayed in thd hotel 6 weeks. He tried yo stick me on a room I did not book or a lesserwi did not pay for reasoning there were no rooms available when I returned to the hotel after a brief leaving gor 5 nights. Aftet indisiting ai reserved and paid for a suprior double toom. He thrn saud I had to wsit till thr next day for my room.accomdation B

Excelente localização e muito confortável.

O hotel tem uma localização fantástica (próximo a bares, restaurantes e cafés), a equipe de atendimento é muito prestativa e educada, os quartos são ótimos, principalmente o colchão. Ponto negativo: a ducha do banheiro não tem gatilho! O acionamento é feito com a abertura e fechamento das torneiras (quente e frio), o que torna sua utilização um exercício de "contorcionismo"!
