An unforgettable riverfront adventure awaits at this two-story condo! This well-equipped retreat is located only a mile away from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier, and one of the public beach accesses. Downtown is packed with great dining options and coffee shops. Experience the waters from another point of view by booking a kayak or canoe tour at Flipper Finders Boat & Sea Kayak Tours. Fishers can book a fishing excursion at Tight Line Outfitters (a half mile away) or just visit the local pier.

The first floor of the condo offers a beautiful open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. Kick your feet up and rest in the sunny living area, which boasts a large TV, a fireplace, and comfy furniture, creating a wonderful spot to unwind with your loved ones. Prepare mouth-watering meals or snacks in the well-appointed kitchen that you can later enjoy either at the dining table or on the balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor dining area facing the river. When mealtime is over, put on your favorite swimming suit and head over to the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash. The second floor features two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have TVs and only the primary bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the river. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and a wet bar.

Relaxing Trip
Nice stay - great location - close to the beach and enjoyed the wildlife and boats while sitting on the covered porch. Unit could use an upgrade in second bathroom upstairs. Quality cleaning and terrific, timely communication from everyone prior to our stay!

Needs some updates
This location was beautiful. However. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Very worn! And since we were 50+ adults, the VERY LOW toilets were difficult to use. They would be great for kids. Kitchen small but very well stocked. We would not stay here again because of furniture and toilets.

Great location on the river. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views. Easy walk over the bridge to town with shops, restaurants and the beach. Comfortable furnishings though sofa and primary bedroom mattress could use updates. Easy drive into Charleston and Mt Pleasant for activities, museums, plantations,boat excursions, and all the history Charleston has to offer. Would stay here again. Vacasa was wonderful to work with; great and quick communication regarding questions and concerns. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very clean property, with plenty amenities. Our stay was excellent. Quiet property and would definitely rent again. Only drawback was the bed was a bit stiff and hard. Very close to the beach.

Good location, unit needs updating
The place was clean and close to anything you want to do in Charleston or folly beach. The living room furniture was probably the most uncomfortable furniture we had ever sat on. It seems as though they updated some of the unit then quit. The guest bath upstairs was very outdated and needed a paint job. Overall, the stay was fine for the amount we paid.
